Knowing how important representation and inclusivity is, she made it her mission to increase and support healthcare heroes from various professional and racial backgrounds. With a Bachelors of Science in Public Health: Environmental Science and a passion for change, MiChaela created Melanin In Medicine in 2017 and has not stopped creating and serving since.
